Great dentist!! I go for my regular dental cleanings/checkups, but also recently utilized their Snow teeth whitening system for my wedding. My smile never looked more pearly white, and was just what I needed before the big day!
I had a new tooth and implant installed by Dr. Kim and I am so thrilled with his work and his staff. They were most caring and accommodating to my needs. I hate any type of pain and Dr. Kim made sure that I did not feel any discomfort and his assistant Jenn is extremely nice and professional. I could not be happier with Dr. Kim and his staff. His office was able to see me the same day and resolve my dental issue. Going to the dentist is the last thing I want to do while juggling life, but Dr. Chris and his team make it easy. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Chris Kim and his staff (including the friendly receptionists and hygienists). I am unfortunately an individual with pretty severe dental anxiety due to myriad negative experiences with various dentist offices in the past. When I went in for a routine cleaning today, my hygienist, Cindy, immediately noticed my anxiety and asked about my fears and concerns, which has never really happened before. She took the time to really listen to what I was saying and to treat me as more than a patient. Throughout the appointment, she asked if I was okay and explained exactly what she was doing and why, which put me at ease because my prior hygienists/dentists simply poked around in my mouth and ignored me as a person. Like Cindy, Dr. Chris was kind and understanding in regard to my anxiety, and I felt like he really wanted to get to know me. Dr. Chris and his team have always treated me with respect and empathy, and they truly exemplify patient-centered care, in which the patient is a valued and crucial member of the healthcare team, rather than a bystander. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Chris and his excellent staff to anyone, and especially to those who have had negative dental experiences and are seeking a trustworthy dentistry that treats its patients like family.
